Belinda blows my mind every time she opens her mouth. LOL There was some information through the program that makes sense now but I didn't even realise that made up my body. You know, magnesium from my body? What??? Sounds like maybe I'm silly but you know there was just stuff like that like Copper and Iron and all this sort of stuff that I just thought was on a periodic table. So I think it could help people in many different ways.
Definitely good value! There's so much out there that possibly is lying to us but you know I suppose we are willing to go and spend 50 dollars on takeaway for dinner or we're willing to do whatever programs are out there but I felt this was definitely value for money for the information that we got and the lifeline changes that we can take with it and we've still got the videos that we can always look back on if we've missed something or just to you know re cap on some issues and we can also questions as well along the way if we're unsure of something.
